If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address, or if the package is refused by the intended recipient, we can ship the item(s) again one additional time per the customer's request. Shipping and handling charges for a reshipment apply and will be charged via invoice to the customer. Item(s) will be shipped again upon receipt of payment.

Any requests for refunds on boxes that get returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address may be honored and refunded in the amount of the box, minus the cost of the original shipping label.

We do our best to process all orders in a timely manner. However, some orders may not be fulfilled, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery on or by an exact date.
